Let’s talk about a tragedy I stumble across way too often in this scene. As a Dom, you speak with a lot of men at various stages of their journey, and my favorite thing to do is encourage a guy to take that next step—to explore and actually find joy in just being himself. But every so often, I’ll be talking to a guy with a little salt in his beard and a mortgage, and when I naturally ask about him assuming the boy role, he hits me with the classic: “I’m too old to be a boy.”
